Cuts watermelons quickly and easily
Followed the instructions in both these reviews and the appliance. Cutting off the top and bottom will make it easier. I've used this on about 10 melons so far and only once did I find it difficult to slide the slicer through a melon. I will attribute this to this melon and not this device. However, one of the blades bent with this use (hence three instead of four stars). I prefer to use it on watermelons than melons as melons are a little harder to clean afterwards.
