It's just adorable and so well made. The 3 layers of crenoline really make it "puff" and add extra appeal to this outfit. The tank part is made from a very nice soft tea shirt material and doesn't feel cheap. I always appreciate it when the velcro straps run the full length of the vest rather than three separate strips. This Velcro runs the full length of the bottom from the upper abdomen to the neck. A bow at the side of the neck adds an extra touch.
