After a problem with my order (because I misread the product information) I received what I felt was a very good quality product with which I am very satisfied. Quality flag material and stitching, much better and thicker than I expected. I particularly like the simple pin/cup/flag assembly. All we had to do was dig a hole 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 inches deep, dip the cup into the hole, and then install the pin into the cup. Due to the quality and thickness of the materials used to make this flag/mug/pin, I am confident that my purchase will hold up well for several "seasons of golf" in my son's backyard. but I would suggest removing the pin and flag in the cold season/winter so it will last longer. Although my original order was my mistake, the customer service representative corrected my order and made sure I was happy. I really appreciate that as you always take a risk when ordering online as you don't want the hassle of returning an order.
