I often use parchment paper during the holidays. I hate baking with it because it doesn't lay flat. And when I put it out for my candy I have to tape it to the counter so it doesn't roll on me. Not with these. They lie perfectly flat. I used them to bake pumpkin buns for Thanksgiving. On this paper I baked the cake, then rolled it up and kept it in the paper the whole time. It turned out to be an easy role. After you're done with it, just delete it and you can reuse this sheet. This is a great part and if it ever runs out I will buy it again.
