Wheels don't work well (you can live with other problems)

Update: When I sit in the chair for a long time I perch on the edge to put my feet on the floor. The contoured armrests are set back slightly from my body, forcing my arms to be at an unnatural angle for me, so I no longer use them (the armrests). the worst I've ever seen. These things don't change direction easily, and once they change direction, they don't roll well. I almost always have to step back and try again when I move it because it's a few inches away from my target. I suspect this is because there are two grip points on the outside edge of each wheel and therefore they have trouble turning. I have several much cheaper chairs ($79 from elsewhere) that have much better wheel assemblies. 2: The outer edges of the seat have sharp bevels that don't suit my specific hip shape. It hurts me physically and sometimes my legs get numb. If I force myself to keep my legs closer together, I can avoid pain. Very strange for a chair designed for taller people. 3: The chair does not lower down far enough for a short person (5ft 6in male) to put their feet on the floor. I tiptoe when I sit. I have to put my feet on the wheel assembly. 4: There seems to be no way for the manufacturer to contact them. Your web form on the "Contact Us" page doesn't allow submissions (at least when I tried it, it just didn't respond when I clicked the submit button) and I don't see a "Contact Seller" button. on the merchant page on this platform.

Pros
  • NICE ACCESSORIES - Quality accessories ensure better consistency, stability and safety; The armrest height can also be adjusted; Removable headrest and lumbar cushion combine to create a comfortable seat
Cons
  • Very expensive
