Okay, I drop my phone a lot. In most cases, the protective film works. But I dropped it at just the right angle to break open the top right corner with the protective film on the screen. Now I am not satisfied and cannot return my purchase and get additional protection as my window is closed for it. Well, when you stand behind your product, there shouldn't be a "window" of time needed. So now I have a cracked phone because the product I bought failed, not because of some of my files. But I think it's ok in general, just the right angle will help you
