Wi-Fi works and is easy to set up, Bluetooth doesn't work.

I need Bluetooth and WiFi adapted to my PC. Installing the card is actually quite simple. It plugs into the PCIe slot and occupies the expansion slot. When I booted up my computer, everything worked with Wi-Fi with no drivers to install. In this case Bluetooth does not work. The windows bluetooth troubleshooter says there is no bluetooth function even though I literally have a card labeled Blue Tooth (newer model). If there is a way to fix this I don't know how and the solution is not readily available online. I've been trying to get Bluetooth to work for the last hour. So I would save some money and just buy a wifi card instead of buying one for bluetooth.
