Great sound, high performance. I don't see how to route the tweeters and there are no instructions on how to do this. Have to see how long they last. I installed an 8" center speaker, four 8" rectangular wall speakers, and two 8" round ceiling speakers in a newly finished basement. Drywall (tight top and bottom only, not sides) Added R13 insulation behind (each wall was insulated well, but the speaker cabinet sections are rotated so the pink faces the back of the speaker) For the ceiling mounts: I made circles using the mounting templates cut from half inch plywood and installed the lumber between the ceiling joists with insulation on the back. Each speaker came with a paper template which worked great. The sound for all is very impressive - crisp highs and amazing bass, although my system also uses a 12 inch subwoofer. I always recommend using a subwoofer, but I'm surprised at how much bass is produced, especially from 8" round in-ceiling speakers. Updated February 19th. I think it was too easy. The tweeter can be moved by simply adjusting it with your fingers without unscrewing the housing. It only moves a little and I didn't notice any difference in the sound.
