Review on Canine Snuggy Boots with Footwear Suspenders, X-Large Size, in Black by Heather Rodriguez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The suspenders are worth it! They will help you keep your shoes and NOT lose them!

They work! These are ONLY brackets. You buy the boots separately (you have your favorite boots but you can email me if you want my opinion on them). I have never seen or owned a pair of boots that hold up on their own regardless of their design. You'll need braces if you're serious about walking the dog in winter (salt roads, sub-zero temps) which is worth buying boots and braces. If the dog "knocks off" the boot (this can happen especially when the snow melts and the boots get heavy from moisture), at least don't lose him in the snow/mud because he's strapped in his suspenders. A similar concept in regards to using yarn or ribbon and safety pins through the sleeves of your little one's winter coat so you don't lose your mittens. Good dog boots don't come cheap, but they're worth it, so you don't want to lose them if they fall off. I live in Minnesota. I have to go in the dark part of winter. So, without braces, it is very easy to lose a boot. I think they are worth the money. However, keeping your dog fully loaded and ready for a walk is hard work. It takes commitment but I do it for the love of my dog and also enjoy going out all year round!
