XL I love it, the fleece lining is so soft and warm
We live in Florida and are traveling to Iceland so I haven't worn it yet. but they have arrived and are sooo comfy for wearing them because my husband keeps the house so cold! I love her so far. I'm 5ft 6in and 180 and it's XL. My chest is 40C/38D. Hope that helps! Thanks very much!
