I thought I'd stumbled upon something really good. A lamp with a lifespan of 2500 hours and a guarantee of 180 days? Sign me up! Unfortunately, my experiences do not match the title. The brightness was much lower than the Epson bulb and when it started flickering after about 10 hours of use I realized the bulb had a finite lifespan. My projector went into emergency mode and shut down after 300 hours or a month and a half. Obviously my consumption has increased during this pandemic, but I'm utterly disappointed that this product didn't live up to its name. I've tried calling and leaving emails, but there was no answer; after two weeks in the third week i just bought a lightbulb from Epson. Oh yes, it also came in completely crappy packaging as evidenced by the excellent packaging my Epson lightbulb came in and it was only $60! During this pandemic, a blown lightbulb was absolutely the worst thing that could happen (not the worst, of course, but of all the things that can be messed up during this time), and this company has been cold to me, so if something doesn't change , I will definitely not be buying from them again. my Epson lightbulb came in and it was only $60!
