This is my fourth projector and by far the cheapest. I have spent between 300 and 2000 in the past. Make sure you understand that this is not native 1080p output, but uses 1080p input and is downsampled for DVD quality projection. When viewing an image from a computer screen, you cannot easily read normal-sized text, but you can increase the size of the text and its features if necessary. However, it's incredibly useful since it's so cheap. I keep it in my office as a backup projection tool. Brightness is ok if the room is relatively dark, sharpness is ok too. You don't get $300 projector quality here, but for the price it's pretty good and feels solid.
