helps warm up your core
I am 5' 10" 200lbs. and in pretty good shape. and I bought the med and it fits very well. started tight but now has loosened up. I do have to pull it down sometimes depending on what type of workout I am doing. it definitely warms up my core and I start sweating much earlier then normal. I like the open arms so I can use it during weight workouts and not just cardio I am very happy with it and use it for every workout.
- Better than around your stomach alone
- Waste of time and money.
