Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Got pros:
Everything works perfectly. Power supply is possible both from the mains and from 12V.
Got cons:
The power cord is built in - not removable. When powered from a redundant 12V source, I had to "bite off" the network wire to the very root.
