Full Basic Control Panel and/or Apple MacBook software and iPhone app support required!

Excellent solar controller but requires full systems management and/or Apple MacBook software and iPhone app support! The screw on the bracket that secures the wires has been stripped and should be stronger. Manuel should describe that the DC wire insert needs to be rotated counterclockwise to open and clockwise to secure the wires. The clock requires a 12 hour AM/PM option. The meter cable connection must be labeled "Left", "Right" or "Both (Either) Work". The default battery settings require additional options for different battery types, e.g. B. 12 volt interstate batteries say the maximum recommended charge is 14.1, but the overvoltage cutoff is 16 volts, which is too high if I misunderstand the function. The battery temp cable should be offered in a variety of lengths, my van battery pack to the controller is 35ft so I had to purchase a splice cable which can now give inaccurate readings. Manuel should describe where on the battery the sensor should be placed, for example near the positive pole on the innermost battery. A more accurate temperature sensor is needed to monitor each battery in the battery pack to avoid fire hazards. The mounting screws do not fit into the supplied plastic brackets and both are too weak for the heavy weight of the motorhome.
