couldn't use

Must be old or exposed to heat. It is very difficult to work with him. Hard and brittle. I should get a clay softener, hope it works. To update. Nothing worked and I couldn't use this product at all. Too cheap to return, plus everything fell apart in a bag of clay softener, but it didn't get any better after 48 hours of inactivity.
