Just when you thought quality couldn't get any cheaper than something made in China you come across a product like this that is "made in Pakistan".The hinges are pretty loose, not really sure how long these will last. The jaws are crooked and since they didn't line up well they just kind of ground away and made the tips of the jaws oval shaped. The straight pair you have to *really* clamp down hard to get just the first couple locking notches, whereas my curved they will lock all the way down and not have a tight grip at all. It's pretty shameful what passes for quality control these days. We'll see how these hold up, thankfully I purchased them to use on repairing small engines (pulling fuel lines through the tank) so it's not like they are super critical. If I knew the quality was this poor, I would of been willing to pay maybe only a dollar or two each. I purchased these direct from Revain, maybe I should have purchased from HTS like the description says? I wonder if those are any better?
