Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

About a year ago, I considered upgrading from my MacBook Pro 2022 Mid, but after reading reviews and weighing the benefits and drawbacks, I ultimately decided there was no need to make the switch. My inner consumer wanted to experience fresh feelings by purchasing an Apple product, but my inner rationalist asked "why?" if my current partner, the old man, suits me perfectly. I looked for something to criticize in order to convince myself that I need a new Mac, but I couldn't find anything. A larger display, speakers that do not wheeze at high volume, a keyboard with larger buttons, and finally a serious graphics card in the base model are just some of the features that users have been waiting for and that Apple unexpectedly announced on November 13 with the MacBook 16. Several factors aligned to convince me to make the purchase at once. While the new MacBook has many desirable features, such as a faster processor and a larger screen (two of the most important to me), I found that they wouldn't significantly boost my productivity (I work in software development and design) and that the old man still had his uses. Nonetheless, I can say that I am content. It's peaceful and doesn't disrupt the FullHD YouTube movie (which for some reason got the old man all heated up and howling hysterically; even my phone keeps its cool in such situations). The video card is more productive, possibly by a factor of eight, and this is quite satisfying. The processor is 5 percent quicker than the desktop 7700K, which is impressive but not surprising. It's awesome to have a touchbar. On the old guy, I only used the mute button a few times a day, adjusted the volume once or twice a week, and occasionally adjusted the screen brightness. In reality, I was unable to use these keys. Already, I have come up with dozens of potential applications for the control panel. Not to mention the booming, high-quality audio.

Pros
  • Display, Audio, and a Touchpad/Bar - Esc :) - quiet
