Maybe a defect? Suitable for fish and aquatic animals

Looks good. However, as soon as I plugged it into an outlet, it started vibrating and buzzing. Sometimes he stopped when the light came on. It doesn't matter which outlet we plug it into. Had to send it back as it didn't feel safe.
