Picked up the original fidget cube made by antsy labs (the limited edition only available on their website), and I greatly prefer it to this one. That said, it's not bad either.The good:- it's a bigger size that fits my hand better- the curved edges feel nicerThe bad:- the radial on the side has no friction or anything when you spin it. Same for the three gears on the side.- the silent buttons don't feel like buttons at all; they're just rubber bumps.- the plastic parts feel very cheap.The meh:- the carrying case is nice I guess, but why use it?Overall, it's. fine. If I hadn't picked up the original I probably would've been perfectly satisfied.**EDIT (2/11/2022):The original review for this product was September 16, 2020. Over a year later, I'm contacted by a representative of PilPoc offering me not only a full refund of the purchase, but a free item from their catalogue of my choosing. They stated that this was due to my review here. To make a long story short, they actually followed through. I was refunded - though I still have the original item - and I just received their infinity cube in the mail today.Their last email to me asked me to edit my original review here to give my thoughts on this matter. Here they are:Thank you for the free infinity cube.The fidget cube is still the same as it was when I bought it, so my review of that product remains the same. I don't consider this new transaction to be a mark of "customer service," because that's when I, as the customer, contact the company for a service. Being contacted by the marketing department with a bribe in an effort to outsource their advertising department to Revain customer reviews is not a service. It pollutes the review section with false positive reviews, which are already enough of a problem.The original review was 3/5 stars. I won't be taking away any stars, but I certainly won't be adding any either. No one here is looking for information on how the marketing department works, even if it is disguised as "customer service." They're looking for information on how the product feels. My thoughts on that remain as they were originally written above.PilPoc, if you're not satisfied with this edit to the review, please consider increasing the quality of the product if you would like a customer to alter their review of that product. Otherwise, it's just giving stuff away. I'll happily accept anything you'd like to send me.
