Almost the entire order was returned.

When I took the comb and sponge out of the vacuum packaging I was disappointed to see the sponge in a flattened state. Of course I wanted to return and refund everything. But I watched a customer video on how to fix a sponge. I ran it under warm water, wiped the surfaces about 5 times, and set it aside to drain. It was real work! It doesn't take much work to fix a flattened product. The sponge is now fully inflated. Buy if you want a challenge. lol
