I bought these to wear under my shortie wet suit for scuba diving. I didn''t use them this last trip to the Caribbean but they should be just fine when I need a thicker wet suit on my legs. I bought a large. I''m 5''5"; 140lbs; and wear a 10 in jeans (I recently lost weight so the 10s are loose but an 8 is still too tight).They seem to be of great quality; only time will tell but that also depends on the wear and tear I will put them through. Not being a technical diver, they should last a lifetime.. (I just won''t use them for lobstering!).
