I bought these because they are thin, boneless and came as a pair. I wasn't sure what size to take based on my measurements so I bought XL. I'm glad I chose this size. I have a Futuro brand with underwires and an oversized knee compression hole, but the longer I wear it the more it cuts into my skin, becoming extremely uncomfortable and leaving marks on my leg. I didn't buy this for extreme compression but to have a little support while dancing. That's great. Thin enough where I barely feel it, but supportive enough to prevent strain and injury. I didn't have any problems with rolling either. To give you an idea of the sizes, I placed my slightly bent leg on the coffee table and measured thigh = 16 inches, knee = 15 inches, and calf = 13 inches where the sleeve rests. XL was just what I had so was looking for Very happy with this purchase and you can't beat the price and fast shipping!
