Review on 🔥 Rosewill 1800W Induction Cooktop with 10-inch 3.5 Qt Stainless Steel Pot, Gold Finish - RHAI-16001 by James Oconnor

I ordered this product over the holidays to help with the cooking. After initial success, I ordered a second one, but it was a grave mistake. On the second use, the first hob I ordered stopped working, as did the second hob which had never worked before. The device would turn off: I plugged it in, it would turn on for a second, randomly switch between different time and temperature settings (every time it beeps like hell), turn off, turn it back on and repeat, all for one certain time. 1-5 seconds. This could happen whether I tried to press the keys or left it alone. The device is constantly cycling through the settings and to top it all off it would emit a high pitched beep every half second whenever the settings were changed. The user guide is completely useless, it doesn't provide any troubleshooting tips for this scenario. Well I am generally quite aware that defective products do happen but for me receiving 2 defective products cannot be a coincidence. This company is clearly in the business of making useless noise generators, not induction cookers. So if you want to wake yours (and the dead) to an endless, migraine-inducing chime, this product is for you. Otherwise, you will most likely receive a defective item (or two).
