Installed by a single mother. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

So far, so good! I installed a TV in my boy's bedroom and did it all myself! All it took was a Milwaukee impact drill and a borrowed spike finder. It was very difficult for me to drill the beam but I managed. And my 13 year old son helped me lift the TV to put the screws. I didn't need TV screws as they were already attached to the TV. The mount seems pretty solid.
