I am disappointed with this product. The balled end of the product flips forward and backward thus making it very hard to keep the golf ball in the balled area. While trying to retrieve the golf ball, I tried to catch it and the balled area of the retriever flipped backwards and the golf ball fell back into the water. A golfer does not want to reach into the water or poison ivy area in order to retrieve their golf ball. This product does not solve that problem. It was quite expensive in that it was not successful in its goal.
