Review on Pace Onboarding by Black Croom

I started using POCO to onboard new employees into the IT department. It's very cost effective compared to other services in our area (i.e., ADP). Plus, I love that they have been able to implement all of my functions/tasks. Nothing at this time! Honestly though, it wasn't worth paying $500+ per employee for training when you could get most or even all of those tools with their free plan. The ability of being able see what tasks were completed/to do next is great as well because we can track what we're doing vs just waiting months/years until everything comes together like on some of these platforms out there. I like that it is easy to use, has all of my information already in there for me so i dont have go through any training or classes before using this software! It's very user friendly as well which makes us feel more comfortable with our new system after just one day!! There are not many things about pace onboarding we dislike but if you're looking into an employee self service platform then look no further than PACE ONBOARDING. The benefits far outweigh anything negative at present time. !
