BSP is a great product for our organization and we are very satisfied with our experience using it!
I like how easy it was to use, all of our employees are able to navigate through their accounts quickly without any problems or issues with learning new features as we continue adding more users throughout different departments within my organization! There isn't anything about this product at present time in which i dislike however if there were improvements made then maybe additional functionality could be added such as allowing multiple people access from one account instead just 1 person being allowed per log-in? We have been using BSP since early 2016 now so far no complaints but only good things said by other customers who also used them previously before us (which makes sense).
Pros
- The ease when logging into your personal profile versus creating an employee login for each individual user is fantastic especially because you can manage everything straight under "my" section where everyone knows exactly what they need & want/need available easily accessible directly via homepage upon initial opening up browser tab onto basispoint website!!:) Also great way that allows me keep track not simply keeping organized information readily visible right next door!!! So happy customer here
