What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

A separate "thank you" to aliexpress technical support, which for a week could not cancel the order or clearly answer what to do with the return.

Byty heating element inside the flask. Brought by courier, the box was whole. Most likely, the integrity was not checked before sending, or the courier rubbed them like maracas. It is a pity the time lost on processing the return and waiting for money.
