watch must be adjustable, but not
Beautiful watch. BUT too big. Says it should be adjustable but the links don't come out. Tried two different jewelers. I tried product support and it was a joke. Someone in India or China I guess. gave me a number and it bypassed the menu items and i was never able to speak to anyone. So you decide to come back and even that was a nightmare. According to them, it was impossible to use the Kohls store and the nearest UPS store is an hour away. I am extremely unhappy.
