I like that they have an in house team of experienced attorneys, investigators etc to make sure we are getting accurate results each time with their software - it's great! It is important not only as far as accuracy goes but also speed when doing these types of searches so you don't want anything slow or glitchy (which happens sometimes).
Sometimes my requests get lost within social media which takes longer than usual depending upon how busy everyone else around me may be at any given moment/day. Also makes sense why there would potentially need more training since this type of work can take up quite some resources if done incorrectly due to all aspects involved and whatnot being considered during screening itself. We use them heavily across our organization now to do things such as check resumes before hiring decisions come along way down the road from receiving applications via traditional means versus internet /social networking sites.
