The hook broke off during assembly!
The hook broke when I screwed it into the board. I pre-drilled the holes before attempting to screw in the hooks. Definitely not durable! Maybe it's a defective hook, but for the record, I'm a 110-pound woman with no muscles. I don't know how it broke in half. Now I have to reconfigure my whole project because I can't really get the piece back into the board. Super upset! Save yourself and buy another brand!
