After a few months, the insole wears out. Also, the outsole has a honeycomb construction, so the feet aren't fully supported in the shoe. I didn't expect that from Sketchers

- 14 hours a day on concrete but you have to look professional. This shoe is fantastic
Cons
- Lack of arch support, which causes discomfort for people with flat feet or high arches.
