Just buy another tablet
If you spent $100 on a tablet like I spent on my Fire HD 8 kids, just buy him another tablet. It's not worth spending $25 on this Saturday afternoon and a half only to not be able to reattach the last plug. I broke my tablet trying to fix the screen after about two hours. There are no instructions either and there is a video on YouTube by a Brit showing how to do it, but not really anything like that. You also need small children's hands for this. If you have banana hands and value your time, just buy another tablet.
