This looks stylish in the car even though it doesn’t match anything in the Rav4. It has a felt-like material that shouldn’t scratch the center armrest. There is a little padding and the top has a good sturdy material that I’m not afraid to scratch. It fits on the armrest just find. Two straps slide on and the back strap slides around behind the hinge. I was able to install it in 2 minutes despite putting it on wrong the first time. And it still shuts fine. Now I don’t need to worry about sweating on the arm rest and ruining the finish over time.It won’t fit perfect, but maybe it just needs time to stretch out a little more. It still does what it needs to and doesn’t stop it from shutting or cover the button to open the armrest. Nearly perfect in my mind.
