My main concern when ordering bulbs online was that they might be damaged in transit but these bulbs were very well protected. I ordered 12 total and immediately checked each one to make sure nothing was burned. Everything works fine and nothing has burned out after 2 weeks (obviously not long enough, but I've had others in the past that burned out in 1-2 days or in the last year+). The light they give off is identical to that of all our other bulbs (Phillips mainly) which helps avoid that odd half white/half amber glow that sometimes results from mixing bulbs. They offer a different light than the highly efficient ones we have. Lightbulbs are used a lot in our home, for some reason we usually blow them out when we turn on the light, so it's important to have a box handy.
