Large ! my opinion about my opinion
I wear them when I deliver mail, a good insole is like walking on clouds. If you are traveling or need a good pair of shoes for general use I would highly recommend these.
Pros
- They are primarily used for walking/hiking and are extremely comfortable and supportive.
Cons
- I wear 9.5 wide, they are not wide at all. Gave these to my nephew and they fit him on a tall narrow leg
