I ordered this dress for a family wedding I was attending. Upon checkout I requested the expedite shipping and was told the dress would be here September 21. I just received the dress yesterday September 26 which was the date expected for standard shipping. I was provided with a tracking number that didn't work for a week then I was provided with another tracking number which reveal the manufacturer had created my label on the day it was suppose to arrive (the 21st).Luckily with the amazing customer service amazon provides I was able to receive a refund on the shipping. Other than that the dress is beautiful and true to it picture. It came in time for my event and was a quality wedding guest dress. One thing I will say is the top is a little more stiffer than the skirt (not bad at all though) so if you're going for an exaggerated flowly feel then you might want to reconsider.
