I like that they have an easy to use interface for both their website as well as mobile app which is very useful when we are out in our cars or riding bikes! The customer service has also been great thus far - always helpful if there's any questions about how best utilize this platform (or anything else).
We've had some issues but it seems those were just isolated incidents rather than systemic problems/issues within DTs itself so not too concerned right now. If nothing comes up then everything should be fine :) Definitely give them try-they're worth using regardless what industry you work in because everyone can benefit from having more efficient ways to communicate internally between departments & partners alike!!
