The practicality of such a utilitarian paracord is not that great. I see some of them look like they are used as shoelaces and others as backpack gear. Do you really tear your shoelaces in an emergency or does your equipment get lost in your backpack? But it's nice to know you have resources on hand when you need them. I think this goes into the error recovery mechanism and not the alternative use of EDC. Very cool and every string type works as it should. Like a lighter caught on first hit which is nice!
