Review on Slimline Pen Kit Maxi Mandrel Spectraply by Dexter Diaz

I was pleased with the value of this kit. I felt like I was getting my money's worth and that it was a good way to start a new hobby. I spent the extra money on non-stick bushings, CA glue, and a cutter. My total investment was about $100. Turning the knobs was easy to learn, it only took 1 to get the hang of it. The blanks that came with this kit weren't of the highest quality, but I have a feeling you're basically paying for the mandrel and stylus hardware. This can be a great gift for people who love to spin. *Wood on the mandrel in the photo was not included*
