Review on Assentis by Javarie Brumfield

The system is intuitive, user-friendly without any complexities or technical requirements whatsoever! I like that this software takes all types of documents into consideration right off the bat, making it easy to create both professional writing as well as more casual assignments (included in one platform!). Not enough customization possible for certain assignment items - though we do have custom fields (at least at times), sometimes those could use some improving overall/more descriptive keywords or tags attached within each field. Also would be nice if student comment section was made slightly larger and included an editing tool so they can provide feedback rather than having comments appear after submission date and then needing to retype entire message. This makes them essentially "ghost" messages until someone replies again later which defeats our ability to track progress through the year. I like that it is easy to use and all documents can be created online through a web browser. It's also great for mobile users, which is helpful when we travel. The interface could be more intuitive. I have had to spend time training my team on how to use this tool effectively. Assentis is helping us to improve our communication internally and externally. We've been using it for several months now and we are very happy with the results so far.
