Better than I had hoped. Very clear sound and speech and appears to be a quality product. I've had several cheaper sets in the past. I think this phone will go a long way. I have an old model AT&T 2462 desk phone with two lines. It's old enough that no headset manufacturer would include it in their headset compatibility list. I chose this one because I felt the price was right, but on top of that it had really good reviews on a lot of phone brands and was listed as being compatible with a lot of different phone brands. My brand wasn't on the list, but I figured this would be my best bet. I was not disappointed. Too bad I found it a long time ago.
