I like! on Accessories and Supplies

This works for me. If you're looking for superfragalistic expressiveness, you'll have to look elsewhere. This headset is obviously monophonic. I'm not looking for Gustav Mahler's apartment, I just want to make a call. People hear me and I hear them. No one has ever yelled "What?" and I really do hear conversations better than holding a hot phone to my head. Just received but appears to be first class.

Better than I had hoped. Very clear sound and speech and appears to be a quality product. I've had several cheaper sets in the past. I think this phone will go a long way. I have an old model AT&T 2462 desk phone with two lines. It's old enough that no headset manufacturer would include it in their headset compatibility list. I chose this one because I felt the price was right, but on top of that it had really good reviews on a lot of phone brands and was listed as being compatible with a lot…

Headsets sound better

Works with an AT&T multiline phone, although it's picky. I had to remove the rubber cover from the jack to plug it in properly and move it while it's plugged in to make sure the phone picks up the headset. The audio seems clear as no one complains when I speak to them. There's no volume control, so just use your phone's volume button for that. The headset is initially comfortable but I can't wear it for long as I wear glasses and I think this makes the headset too tight with no way to adjust…

Excellent headset, rating changed after excellent service from supplier

Highly recommended. As you can see, I liked everything about this headset (see below) except that some customers (I work in a call center) couldn't hear me well. The supplier contacted me and asked about the phone and phone models. They sent me 2 new plugs to test. I've used it for over 75 hours and one of the new connectors solved the problem. The supervisors also listened and said that everything was crystal clear. The only ones with hearing problems were people who admitted they had hearing…
