Works with an AT&T multiline phone, although it's picky. I had to remove the rubber cover from the jack to plug it in properly and move it while it's plugged in to make sure the phone picks up the headset. The audio seems clear as no one complains when I speak to them. There's no volume control, so just use your phone's volume button for that. The headset is initially comfortable but I can't wear it for long as I wear glasses and I think this makes the headset too tight with no way to adjust it. So after 2-3 hours I have to go back to my crappy headset that everyone says sounds dull because I can't wear it anymore. So yes, it works, but it has many downsides.
