Broke on first use in external accessory

My son recently bought a truck so for Christmas I bought him a retractable whisk to brush the snow off his new truck. He was thrilled to use it on our very first snowfall, but as you can see his excitement was short-lived when the metal broke on the first use. Of course I do not recommend you to buy this item, especially if you are going to use it in the extended position, which is really the only reason you are buying it.
