UPDATE: The seller contacted me and decided to solve my problems by offering a replacement. That's good 5 star customer service. I received the keyboard case today and I have to say I'm thrilled. The keys and shortcut keys work well, but there are downsides. Pros: It's MUCH easier to type in all aspects of using the iPad, and it makes using an iPad more productive when typing. Various angles to hold iPad, ideal for watching movies etc. It holds iPad securely. I didn't feel like it would fall out with normal use. It works with a screen protector and even comes with a glassless option. I love how it matches the colors of the iPad. Cons: Material looks a bit cheap. for me, but the buttons print well. It does NOT automatically go to sleep/wake. At least not mine. It can be frustrating when you close it and forget your iPad is still on as it drains your battery. The keyboard turns off but not the iPad and that feature was listed so you can assume it works but I didn't. (This is one of the main reasons for the low star count. Otherwise it would be a solid 4)
