Easy to replace. Directions could be a little clearer. but you will find out. It works and you need more than a mop head. Let's face it guys. You have this mop because it's an abominable thing to think about grabbing that soft mop head with your hands to wring it out. So wash them in the same washing machine you load your clothes in. So take some. Clean them with warm water with a little bleach. Then use someone else's washing machine to clean it.
