This pillow didn't work for me
I've been trying to use this pillow for a bad left shoulder and elbow for a few weeks. It didn't relieve the pressure on my shoulder like I thought it would. I sleep on my left side most of the time, but sometimes I roll onto my right side. I had to turn the pillow over so I could sleep and it's not the pillow's fault. Now I use it on my legs when I'm sitting in my chair and it really helps. So it wasn't a total loss, but I'll have to keep finding something for my shoulder when I sleep.
