This tortilla press is exactly what I was looking for. It's really worth the high price. You can make different sized tortillas by controlling the size of dough used and I was able to make the perfect large tortillas I was looking for. I'm on a keto diet, so I wanted to be able to make large and thin tortillas with almond flour or low-carb flour to make my own healthy wraps, and this tortilla press allowed me to do just that. I was so happy and impressed with the first use that I made a whole batch of flatbreads, large and very thin, and kept them in the freezer for the months that followed. I was so happy to ignore the bad reviews mentioning that this tortilla press doesn't actually make big, skinny tortillas because I was able to make them all the way on the first try. I'm excited and looking forward to keeping this tortilla press with me for years to come.
